Womb Hara Massage is a slow, rhythmic ceremony that recognizes that the womb, abdomen, and pelvic bowl is a sacred center of vitality and instinct. This 3 hour ritual invites your entire being to release tension, find deep stillness, and reconnect with your feminine essence..
Â
Your journey begins with a warming foot soak, intentional presence, and an oracle card reading to align your spirit with your inner wisdom. Lying face down, Reiki and conscious breathwork settle your nervous system as gentle body rocking and sacrum compressions untether physical and energetic weight off the lower back. Supporting and opening through the glutes and easing the body into receptivity for coccyx support. A tender shoulder and scalp massage follows, helping your nervous system decompress and your thoughts to settle into quietude. You are then guided to turn onto your back.
Â
As you turn over, rhythmic rocking expands the breath, preparing you for a mindful abdominal and womb massage. You may feel sensations of flowing warmth or subtle energetic shifts as we clear stagnation and boost circulation, awakening the body's natural vitality. The session deepens with the penetrating, grounding heat of ginger moxibustion and the secure embrace of a rebozo body wrap, which cocoons the body and anchors the spirit. Sound healing vibrations then flow through the space, facilitating a profound integration of these shifts as you drift in quiet stillness. This graceful return to your center fosters a lasting sense of wholeness, clarity, and deep gratitude for your body's wisdom.
Â
Note: All work is performed externally and may encompass the lower back, sacrum, glutes, coccyx, shoulders, neck, head, chest, arms, hands, abdomen, and womb.Â
Â
We recommend scheduling your session on a day free from work or heavy obligations, allowing you to fully embody this restorative state. Please enjoy a light, warm meal a few hours prior to assist digestion. Remain well-hydrated and continue your self-care with a quiet walk, reflective journaling, or a nap.

Contraindications
What is moxibustion?Â
Indirect moxibustion is a healing thermal therapy that applies a soft, gentle warmth to specific areas of the body.
Â
In this practice, we place a slice of fresh ginger between the skin and the moxa to allow the soothing heat to penetrate deeply and safely. The moxa is carefully lit, releasing herbal smoke and a scent as it burns down for just a few minutes before being gently removed.
Â
We focus on acupressure point CV8, located at the center of the belly button. This point supports digestion and restores warmth and vitality to your core, while also being known to support the immune system. We also target CV4, found a few finger-widths below the belly button. This point supports reproductive, urinary, and kidney health, and is used to build long-term strength and stamina.
Â
To ensure your wellbeing, this treatment may not be suitable for those with heat-related conditions (such as high fever, active infections, specific inflammatory or autoimmune flare-ups, or very sensitive skin). If you are pregnant, have asthma, or experience hot flashes, please know that moxibustion may not be right for you and it can be taken out of the sequence.Â
