Registered Reflexology

Step into a sanctuary of grounding with our Registered Reflexology treatments, designed to support your whole body by easing tension, improving circulation, and encouraging deep relaxation. This therapeutic touch can be especially supportive for those experiencing stress, fatigue, headaches, trouble sleeping, or for foot conditions like plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, mortons neuroma, and more. When the feet feel good, the body feels better, helping you feel more balanced, centered, and nourished.

Each session begins with a soothing foot soak and grounding breath work, accompanied with essential oils to leave you feeling completely centered and renewed. At the end, hot towels will be provided to removed any excess oil and to leave the feet feeling warm and fresh.

Valerie has passed exams and is part of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Receipts are provided for your insurance claims, however, we do not direct bill. **Please check your extended benefits for reflexology coverage.

Womb Hara Massage

A ceremonial journey of sacred bodywork for individuals who have, or once had, a uterus and long to reconnect with their divine feminine essence. This deeply restorative and theraputic practice encourages blood flow and healing vitality within the abdomen, pelvis, and womb. By weaving together intentional breathwork, somatic grounding, massage, and indirect moxibustion, we hope to create a safe container for emotional and physical release. Enhanced by the vibrations of sound healing, reiki, gentle stretching, and the secure embrace of traditional rebozo swaddling. This integrative experience works to melt tension, clear energetic blockages, and bring a nurturing warmth to your center, supporting both digestive and reproductive harmony.

Our Monthly Wellness Plan is a 3‑month commitment. You receive one session each month, charged to the card placed on file. Any extra sessions you book are also priced at the discounted rate. Each month you can choose the treatment that best supports you: Registered Reflexology, Vibrational Reiki Energy, or Holistic Head Massage. After the first 3 months, your membership continues month‑to‑month until 1 year, when the contract ends and can be renewed at that time. You’re free to cancel anytime after the initial 3 months by emailing with 30 days notice. A contract will be signed in-person with more details.
